Terms of Use

1) Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between 33HORARY ("we"), the provider of the 33HORARY app ("App"), and the person who installs, opens or uses the App ("you"). By using the App you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App and remove it from your device.
2) Age
The App is for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the permission of your legal guardian; purchases are the responsibility of your legal guardian.
3) Nature of the service
33HORARY is a digital guidance and information app that calculates the sky chart of the moment you ask your question using astronomical data sourced from NASA/JPL and interprets it with the traditional horary (question) astrology method. Interpretations are produced through AI-assisted analysis of this technical data in line with traditional horary rules. Interpretations describe possible tendencies and indications; they carry no certainty, guarantee, promise of the future or prophecy. Every decision you make based on an interpretation, and its consequences, are yours alone.
4) Not professional advice
The App does not provide, and is not a substitute for, medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or any other professional advice. For matters affecting your health, safety, assets or legal position you must consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
5) Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the App on your own devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or reverse-engineer the App, or attempt to access its source code.
6) Account and sign-in
The App can be used without an account. To keep your credits and records tied to you, you may sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, with your Google account or with your Apple account; there is no password. The security of your email account and your device is your responsibility; you are responsible for actions taken through your account. You can delete your account in the App (Settings > Account) or at 33horary.com/delete-account. When an account is deleted, the data tied to it and any unused credits are deleted as well; this cannot be undone.
7) Question credits, gift credits and subscriptions
Interpretations are unlocked with question credits. Credits are obtained through in-app purchase, subscription or as gifts (for example watching an ad, the daily gift or a campaign). Credits cannot be converted to money, refunded or transferred to another account or person; used credits are not restored. We reserve the right to change or stop the amount, conditions and duration of gift credits without prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period you chose unless you cancel; cancellation, billing and refunds are subject to the rules of Google Play or the App Store and are handled through those platforms. Prices may vary by country and over time; a change does not affect a period already paid for.
8) Rules of use
You may not use the App in a way that is unlawful, contrary to these Terms or to public morals; that harms others or contains threats, insults or hate; that includes another person's personal data without their consent; or that is aimed at misleading the system, using it through automated tools or abusing the credit system. If these rules are breached we may suspend or terminate your account and access without notice; gift credits are not refunded in that case.
9) Intellectual property
The App, including its design, software, brands and logos, chart drawings, academy content, texts and interpretation method, belongs to 33HORARY and is protected by intellectual property law. You may keep and share the interpretations and share cards produced for you for personal purposes; commercial use, reproduction and republication require our written permission.
10) Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google AdMob and Google Play / App Store. The content, interruption or change of these services is outside our control and subject to their own terms.
11) Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied undertaking that the App will run uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that the astronomical data or interpretations will be complete or produce a particular outcome.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the use of or inability to use the App, decisions taken based on interpretations, loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental or punitive damages. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the App in the last twelve months. Your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
13) Termination
These Terms remain in force until you remove the App or delete your account, or until we terminate them. If you breach these Terms, your rights end automatically. Sections 7, 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes fall within the competence of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside remain unaffected.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published in the App and at 33horary.com; material changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the current Terms.
