Privacy Policy

In short: 33HORARY can be used without an account. If you wish, you can sign in with your email address, your Google account or your Apple account so that your credits stay tied to you. We do not sell your personal data for advertising or marketing.
1) Account (optional)
If you sign in, your email address is processed; if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name as well. Purpose: signing you in, tying your credits and records to your account, purchases and support. There is no password. You can delete your account in the App (Settings > Account) or at 33horary.com/delete-account; the data tied to your account is deleted with it.
2) What data is used?
Your question, the time of the question and your location are used only to create and interpret the relevant sky chart. Your raw location and time are not sent to the interpretation service; only the calculated chart data is sent. In-app usage (which screen is opened, which feature is used) is measured under a pseudonymous ID, independent of your email address, to improve the service.
3) Third-party services
The App makes use of the following technical services:
- Firebase Authentication: sign-in and account management.
- Google Gemini: supports the interpretation of your question and the calculated chart data.
- Google AdMob: used to display ads.
- Firebase Crashlytics: helps detect and fix app errors.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: pseudonymous measurement of in-app usage.
These services are operated by Google and are subject to their own privacy policies.
4) Marketing emails
Only if you give permission by ticking the relevant box, we send you emails about gift credits, campaigns and what is new under the 33 Global Group umbrella. You can withdraw this permission at any time by writing to destek@33horary.com.
5) Use of data
Collected data is processed only to the extent necessary to run the App and provide the service. Personal data is not sold for advertising or marketing.
6) Your rights
Under applicable KVKK and GDPR, you may exercise the rights of access, correction, deletion and objection granted by the relevant legislation. You can send requests to destek@33horary.com.
7) Children's privacy
33HORARY is not directed to children under the age of 13.
8) Updates
This policy may be updated as needed. The current version is published in the app and on the official website (33horary.com).
