What Is Perfection?
How is the answer to a horary question formed? The essence lies in one question: can the significators (the planets that stand for each side of the question) come together?
The meeting of two significators
The coming together of the significators is called perfection. It is the meeting in the chart of the two significators representing the querent (the person asking) and the quesited (the thing asked about).
Completion of an applying aspect
Perfection most often occurs when an applying aspect becomes exact. As the significators move toward one another and complete the aspect, the matter reaches its outcome.
More than one route
Even when the significators do not form a direct aspect, perfection may occur through other routes. There are five of them, and you will see each one in the next topic.
The heart of the answer
When the two significators can meet, the event is brought about and the tendency is toward 'yes'; when there is no route by which they can meet, the event does not come forward. Perfection is therefore the heart of the answer.
